Sunday School and religious education classes meet Sundays during the worship service and follow the same general calendar as the Farmington Public Schools. Classes are available for children in preschool through 12th grade. There is also a supervised toddler room and a nursery for parents who choose to leave their children during the worship service.
The curriculum is designed to teach children the major stories of the Bible, and invite them to apply these stories to their lives.
Special Sunday School events include presentation of Bibles to third-graders, UNICEF Halloween collection and party, monthly Children's messages with the Minister during worship service, Children's Choir performances on special occasions, and a Christmas pageant in the Worship service. Teens participate on a regular basis as Lay Readers in worship services and have major roles in the Christmas and Easter worship services.
