North Church Welcomes You!
Our church is a more than just a place to go or an event to attend; we are a community of people who have been changed by the love of God and want to make a difference in our community in response. Following the model of Jesus, we seek to love those around us by meeting their needs, sharing our lives, and welcoming all persons. Our communion is open to all; we come from a wide variety of religious backgrounds and are open to God’s truth as expressed in many ways in many places. We believe that the grace, reconciliation, and compassion taught by Jesus truly changes people, and through the ministries of those people changes the world. We follow Congregational principles. We would love to welcome you into our community and our ministries to worship and learn together, and to serve our world in God’s name.
Our Worship Experience
Our services are designed to speak to you and your family. We know that coming to a church for the first time can be uncomfortable, so we want to make you feel welcomed and at ease. When we are meeting in person, you will enter at door 2, where you’ll all be greeted. We will not single you out during the service, but we will answer any questions you may have.
We offer a mixture of classical, spiritual, and contemporary music, performed by our volunteer choir, our soloists, organists, and bell choir. Music is an important part of our Church experience, learn more.
Our Sunday service is about an hour long, designed to draw us closer to God and apply Jesus’ teachings in our daily lives.
For Your Children
We believe that kids are not just the church of the future….they are also the church right now! We want church to be a place where your entire family is encouraged to draw closer to Christ. That’s why, during our Sunday morning worship services, we offer fun and engaging environments where children can learn and grow in faith as well. It’s our mission to encourage children to learn about the love of God and to understand how to put their faith to work in all parts of their lives.
